What conditions must I meet to take out this insurance policy?

You must be under 75 when you take out the insurance. Depending on your situation, you might need to answer a few questions, do a medical survey or have a medical check up.

How can I calculate the price of my health insurance and purchase it at BBVA?

Purchase it wherever is easiest for you: through your adviser, in branch or 100% online from the BBVA app or website.

Are there any limitations, or can I use the services as soon as I sign up?

After taking out the insurance, you will have to wait before requesting certain services; in other words, you will have a waiting period for: Outpatient surgical operations: 3 months. High-technology diagnostic tests: 6 months. Psychology: 6 months. Childbirth or Cesarean section: 8 months. Fallopian tube tying or vasectomy: 10 months. Complex therapeutic methods: 10 months. Inpatient surgery and hospitalization: 10 months.

What is copayment? Does this insurance have a copayment?

In health insurance policies, copayment means paying a sum of money whenever a service included in the policy is used. You can purchase this insurance with or without a copayment; you can review the copayment for the plans that include it: Esencial with copayment Más Salud with copayment

Until what age can I renew my health insurance?

There is no maximum age to end the insurance; you decide how long you want to keep it.
