Where is the bonus deposited?

The bonus will automatically be paid into the pension plan in the promotion into which you made the transfer. If the maximum annual contribution limit is reached for the pension plan, the bonus will not be paid into the plan, but will remain in the customer's linked account.

Do I lose the bonus if I redeem or transfer the plan before the end of the commitment period?

You will have to return to BBVA the proportional part of the bonus (gross amount) that corresponds to the amount redeemed as capital, or transferred to another external plan, or to an internal one that is not eligible for the bonus. When calculating this amount, the remaining commitment period will also be taken into account.
