To transfer a pension plan from another bank to BBVA, you must be a bank customer. If you're already a customer, the next step is to open a pension plan with BBVA and request to transfer the other plan. At this point, you have to indicate whether you wish to transfer all the capital (total transfer) or only a part (partial transfer). From then on, BBVA will handle the rest of the operation. The entire process usually takes between 5 and 10 business days, provided it involves individual pension plans.

Where is the bonus deposited?

Do I lose the bonus if I redeem or transfer the plan before the end of the commitment period?
