What documentation do you need?

Photocopy of the HOA president's ID card. Tax ID of the Homeowners' Association. Administrator's certificate (model document provided by BBVA) The HOA's annual accounts for the last 2 years 24-month bank statement (not necessary for BBVA customers) Documentation proving the grants received or requested. Supporting documents providing proof of the ownership of the checking account of the Homeowners' Association (not necessary for BBVA customers) Supporting documents providing proof of the investment to be made. Some of the following documents: Project quote broken down by the different steps/renovations carried out (detailing timelines and completion percentages of the work) Works license Pro forma invoice Technical report of the project Building energy efficiency certificate (before and after the renovations) Application documents for grants showing the characteristics and technical details of the renovations Validated energy efficiency label

Interest rate: 5.75% NIR, 6.11% APR
Commitment fee: 1% (€1,400)
BBVA financing: 10 years, with a 1-year grace period
Total to repay: €196,093.11

Financing is subject to approval by BBVA. Furthermore, as the renovation entails an energy efficiency improvement, they would be eligible for a €112,000 grant to repay the loan.
