How can I find out which is my branch?

As a customer, you can visit any branch. We'll show you the steps you need to take to find out which is your main branch.
As a BBVA customer, you can attend any branch for the majority of banking procedures. However, if you want to know which is your primary branch, the steps to take are specified here.

You have an adviser

  1. Log in to your Private Area at bbva.es
  2. Introduce your access passwords
  3. Go to the “My Adviser” section (in the top blue menu of the header)
  4. Select “Request a cashier appointment”
  5. In the bottom-right you will find a box with information on your branch
  1. Go to your private area in the BBVA app
  2. Introduce your access passwords
  3. In the “My Adviser” section (at the bottom with a person icon) select the “Request turn at the teller” option
  4. The main option corresponds to your primary branch

You do not have an adviser

  1. Log in to your Private Area at bbva.es
  2. Introduce your access passwords
  3. Go to the “Customer service” section (in the top blue menu of the header)
  4. Select the “Branches and ATMs” option
  5. In the search box enter positions 9 to 12 that appear in your bank account number
    • Example: ES600182 9465 69 0206224622 → positions 9-12 would be: 9465
  6. The first address corresponds to your primary branch
  1. Go to your private area in the BBVA app
  2. Introduce your access passwords
  3. In the section “Contact BBVA” (at the bottom, where there is an icon of a person) select > Request a cashier appointment
  4. In the search box enter positions 9 to 12 that appear in your bank account number
  5. The first address corresponds to your primary branch
