Do instant and ordinary transfers cost the same?

Yes, according to Regulation 2024/886 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the costs for both types of transfers are the same. If I have Bizum in another bank, will I also have it in the Online Account?

What does it mean for the IBAN to be Spanish?

The IBAN is the identification code for the account number of a person or company within the European Union. The beginning of each IBAN serves to identify the country of a bank account, and is made up of the first two letters of that country (in its national language). In Spain, it consists of 24 characters: ES (country), 2 control digits and the 20 digits of the old CCC (bank, branch, control and account).

What is the Deposit Guarantee Fund and how does it protect me?

The Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGD) protects money deposited with a financial institution if that institution fails or is unable to return the funds. It provides coverage of up to €100,000 per depositor, per institution. This limit applies to both individuals and legal entities and is independent of the number of deposit accounts held by the customer with that institution and the type of deposits they hold.

This number indicates the product risk, with 1 / 6 representing the lowest risk and 6 / 6 representing the highest risk.
