How does it work?

  • The Fee-Free Online Account and Repsol más Visa Debit Card Pack is only available to new customers who reside in Spain. It will take under 10 minutes.
    Save on fuel
    • Immediate discount of 3 cents/liter on Efitec 95 Neotech, e+ Neotech diesel and AutoGas fuels.
    • 5 cents/liter instant discount on Efitec 98 Neotech and e+ 10 Neotech Diesel fuels.
    • Quarterly discount of 2 cents/liter if you refuel at least 250 liters during the quarter. A fuel voucher is sent, to be used in Repsol Group gas stations within 3 months after it is issued. To receive it, you have to register at repsolmas.es.

    Here's an example:

    Juan commutes 38 km every day to and from work. In a month, he travels about 760 km, equivalent to some 9,000 km a year. With this number of km traveled, if Juan refueled using Efitec 98 Neotech gasoline and paid with his Repsol más Visa Debit Card, he would save €75 a year.

Charges and fees

    • €0 account maintenance service, no fees and no conditions. 0% NIR 0% APR (calculated assuming a positive daily balance for one year).
    • €0 account administration service, no fees or conditions.
    • €0 transfers from bbva.es, the BBVA app and ATMs.

    At bbva.es, the BBVA app, and ATMs you do not pay commissions on your standard and immediate transfers in euros, Swedish krona or Romanian leu (ron) within the European Economic Area (members of the European Union + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Not including transfers on magnetic media, urgent transfers, FMOs (Fund Movement Orders), same-day-value transfers and immediate transfers. For transfers which are not included, accompanying expenses and transfer fees established for these purposes do apply.

    On your Repsol más Visa Debit Card
    • Debit card issue and maintenance fee: €0 for the first year. €35 from the second year.
    • From the second year on, if you purchase more than 500 liters of fuel a year per card, the annual issue and maintenance fee for the card will be refunded by way of a fuel voucher after you register at repsolmas.es (maximum voucher amount is €45).
    • Fee for withdrawing cash on debit: €0 at BBVA ATMs in Spain.
    • Fee for withdrawing cash on debit at ATMs abroad: 4.50% (€3.50 minimum).

    If you use your card to withdraw Euros from ATMs belonging to a bank that is not part of the BBVA Group in Spain, BBVA will pass on the fee it is charged by the bank that owns the ATM to perform the transaction. Before making a cash withdrawal, the ATM of the owning company will inform the cardholder of the corresponding fee.

    Tacit overdraft
    • Annual interest rate for authorized overdraft. 7.25% NIR.
    • Fee for authorized overdraft in the account: 4.50%. Minimum amount €15.

    Calculated based on the maximum balance owed during the account settlement period. The APR resulting from applying the interest payable and the overdraft fee has a legal limit established for "consumers" and cannot exceed 2.5 times the legal interest rate. Any change to the legal interest rate will automatically modify the APR applied to overdrafts.
