Who can apply for the Savings Pack?

If you are 18 years old or older, you are a resident of Spain and you are not a BBVA customer, you can apply for and enjoy all the advantages of this pack. It is only available for one account holder.

Can I apply for the Savings Pack with other promotions?

No, you cannot combine the Savings Pack with other promotions, such as inviting a friend.

What do I need to apply for the Savings Pack?

We recommend that you have your DNI/NIE and your mobile phone to sign your contracts via SMS

Can I apply for the Savings Pack at BBVA branches?

No, the Fee-Free Online Account can only be opened through bbva.es or on the BBVA App.

Can I open a Goals Account separately?

If you are not a BBVA customer, you need to apply for a Savings Pack to open a Goals Account. If you are a BBVA customer, you can open a Goals Account linked to your existing account.

Can I open an Online Account with a debit card separately from the Goals Account?

If you are not a BBVA customer, you can sign up for the Fee-Free Online Account with the Aqua Debit card without signing up for the Goals Account, with the same fee exemption. For further information, please click here .

Do I have the right to withdraw?

When opening an account online, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days. The period begins on the day the account contract is signed. The right of withdrawal may be exercised via the bbva.es website and the BBVA mobile app (in both cases from the private area, through the "I want to" option in the personal accounts menu). This right can also be exercised in a branch or by calling Contact BBVA.

Does the Savings Pack come with a card?

Yes, the Savings Pack includes the Fee-Free Online Account as the main account, which is associated with a free Aqua Debit Card. With this card, you can: Withdraw cash on debit with no fees at BBVA ATMs. This cash must be available in your Online Account. Deposit cash without fees at BBVA ATMs. You can make deposits in your Online Account or in your Goals Account.

Does the Aqua Debit Card have ATM fees?

The following fees are charged for withdrawing cash on debit at ATMs: At BBVA ATMs in Spain: €0. ATMs other than BBVA ATMs: the same amount as the fee that the ATM owner charges BBVA. The ATM owner will inform the cardholder of the corresponding fee before the cash is withdrawn. ATMs abroad: 4.50% (€3.50 minimum). Avoid fees abroad You can avoid fees for withdrawing money abroad with the Comfort, Superior or Exclusive Travel Pack. Plus, If you're under 30 years old, the Superior Travel Pack is already included , letting you take out cash for free up to 3 times a month.

Do I need to have my salary directly deposited or pay my bills by direct debit in order to pay no fees?

No, you do not need to have your salary directly deposited or pay any bills by direct debiting in order to pay no fees.

Is there a fee for online transfers?

At bbva.es, the BBVA app, and at ATMs you do not pay commissions on your standard and immediate transfers in euros, Swedish krona or Romanian leu (ron) within the scope of the European Economic Area (members of the European Union + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Transfers using magnetic media, Fund Movement Orders (FMOs) and Value Day transfers not included. For transfers which are not included, accompanying expenses and transfer fees established for these purposes do apply.

Can I go to/use BBVA branches if I only have this Savings Pack?

With the BBVA Free-Free Online Account, you can enjoy all the benefits offered by the bank: the services and features provided in our application, our website and, of course, all the services offered by our branches, ATMs and BBVA advisers.

What happens if I have an overdraft?

The Fee-Free Online Account applies the following fees when operating with an overdraft: Annual interest rate for authorized overdraft. 7.25% NIR. Fee for authorized overdraft in the account: 4.50% (minimum amount €15). Calculated based on the maximum balance owed during the account settlement period. The APR resulting from the application of borrowing interest and the overdraft fee is legally restricted for consumers and cannot be more than 2.5 times higher than the legal interest rate. Any change to the legal interest rate will automatically modify the APR applied to overdrafts.

Is there a check book?

The Fee-Free Online Account does not include a checkbook or a passbook.
