What do I need to identify myself at a branch of BBVA to complete the customer registration process?
These are the steps to take to complete your customer registration at a BBVA branch.
Another way to identifynew BBVA customers is at branches. This identification procedure allows us to confirm the identity of the account holder before the account becomes operational. If you prefer to identify yourself in a branch, we'll tell you what to bring:
YOU UPLOADED YOUR DNI/NIE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
YOU DID NOT UPLOAD YOUR DNI/NIE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
If you attached or sent your ID Card/Residency Card by email during the registration process via bbva.es or in the BBVA application, you don't need to bring anything. The only procedure performed in-branch is to confirm that you are the same person as features on the identity document you sent/attached.
If you did not attach or send your ID Card/Residency Card by email during the registration process via bbva.es or in the BBVA application, you must bring it with you in order to complete the registration process.
