How is the Prepaid Virtual Card used?

Once you receive your Virtual Card, you will be able to:
- Top up your card on the app, bbva.es, BBVA ATMs, at branches or by calling 900 102 801.
- Buy online using the card number (PAN), its expiration date and the CVV. In some cases, you may be sent an SMS with a single-use code to validate the transaction.
- Use it as much as you want, as long as it has a balance.
This is the process in detail:
- Request it by sending us the email and personal identification number you have chosen for the card.
- BBVA will inform you of the card number, its expiration date and CVV code.
- Top up the balance whenever you want, up to a maximum of €600.
