With the Aqua prepaid card, you only spend the money you have reloaded. To the convenience of paying by card, you will add the peace of mind of spending only the balance you have available and not one euro more.
Recharges will cost you nothing
You can recharge it as many times as you want, at no cost and it's that easy:
- Access your Aqua prepaid card through the BBVA app, from bbva.es, from a BBVA ATM, from a BBVA branch or by calling 900 102 801.
- Choose an amount between €6 and €1,000, which will be added to the balance on the card.
- Use your card to pay for what you want until the available balance runs out.
- Make a new top-up and continue to use the card.

No printed numbers to gain security
Removing the numbers from your Aqua prepaid card is a great idea because if it is lost or stolen, no one else can use it. Only you can see the card numbers in the BBVA app.
Your online purchases, more protected than ever
Every time you use your card online, you open the BBVA app to obtain an exclusive CVV code to confirm that operation, which will only be valid for a few minutes. Every payment will be super secure.
And you can also have it on your smartphone
If you add your Aqua prepaid card to BBVA Mobile Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, you will be able to pay at any store with your phone, without having to carry the card.
