    What if you have a lot of subscriptions? Pay them all with the Aqua Máxima Debit Card because we'll give you back up to €100 on all your subscriptions every year.

  • On your trips

    We will refund the fees:

    • For taking money out at ATMs outside Spain.
    • For making payments in another currency, recovering the 3% applied to the value of the payment after it is converted to euros.

All the security benefits

  • If they look at it when you pay
    Nobody will see your details because the card has no printed numbers. Only you can see the important information on your card from the app.
    If you buy online

    No one will be able to copy your data because the CVV code is dynamic and changes for your online purchases.

    When you buy online, you just need to get the CVV code for that purchase from the app.

    If there's a problem with your purchase
    If it's defective, it's not what you ordered or it doesn't come, we'll help you process your claim with the store for up to 180 days after the purchase payment date.
  • If you lose it
    You can turn it off from the BBVA app and turn it back on again when you find it. That way you will avoid unnecessary risks.
    If you lose it abroad
    In 2 hours you will have access to cash and, if you need it, we'll send you a new card.
  • If someone else uses it
    You'll get a notification every time the card is used. That way, if something happens, you'll know so you can block it right away.
    If you're robbed at an ATM

    You will have ATM robbery insurance that covers:

    • Up to €600 per claim and card; and €1,200 per year and card.
    • Up to 15 minutes after you take out the cash.

    This insurance has a deductible of €30, payable when you receive the compensation.

Are there any fees for ATM cash withdrawals?

  • At BBVA ATMs
    There is no fee, 0%.
  • At ATMs of other banks

    There is a fee that is set by the other bank for using its ATM.

    Before you take out the money, the ATM will tell you the exact fee.

  • At ATMs outside Spain
    There is a fee of 4.5% (€3 minimum). We will refund the fee thanks to the Pack Viajes Exclusivo included with the card.
