Do I have to be a BBVA customer to apply for this fast, paperless loan?

No. Fast Loans are intended for people who do not currently have an account with BBVA.

How long will it take to receive the money in my account?

Once you sign, we'll deposit your money within 48 hours into the checking account you specify. If, however, you need the money urgently, you will receive it instantly if you decide to open a Fee-Free Online Account at BBVA.

Is it safe to connect with my other bank?

If you choose the option to not send documentation, we will securely and anonymously connect with your other bank. To do this, you will enter your own login password, which will only be used to make this connection and determine if your loan is feasible. Once your loan is approved (or in 30 days if it is not), the details will be deleted.

Can I pay back an Online Loan in installments early?

If you decide to cancel all or part of your loan before the end of the term indicated in the application, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 0.50% of the unpaid principal if fewer than 12 months remain to pay off the loan, or 1% if more than 12 months remain.

How can I check the status of my application?

We will inform you promptly via email or, if you prefer, you will be able to check the status of your application by going into your private area (whether in the BBVA app or at bbva.es) with the username and password you chose during the application process.

What account should I open to direct debit my loan at BBVA?

You will open a fee-free online account with a Débito Ahora card, also with no fee.

How much money can I request with this fast loan?

Cash loans range from a minimum of €3,000 to a maximum of €20,000. If you need a smaller amount, you can request one of our credit cards.

How are the installments of the loans and quick loans paid?

The installments of the loans and quick loans will be charged to the bank of your choice on the last day of each month.

How many recipients can it have?

The €5,000 BBVA Fast Loan can only have one borrower.

What if I miss a payment?

If this happens, you will be charged late payment interest. In addition, failure to make payments can lead to serious financial consequences (e.g., forced sale of assets) and difficulty obtaining other quick loans.

What is meant by NIR and APR?

NIR (Nominal Interest rate) is what you pay to a bank in exchange for receiving a loan. NIR is usually less than APR and can't be used to compare the cost of different loans, since it only considers the interest rate and not all the costs of the transaction. APR (Annual Percentage Rate) indicates the cost of a financial product such as a loan, including interest and the various associated expenses and fees. This figure lets you compare different loans since the lower the APR, the cheaper the loan.

Could my loan be denied?

Yes, BBVA could deny your loan. Please note that the application does not imply approval by the bank. Once you complete your application, the bank will determine whether your proposal is viable.

Do I need to know anything else?

Depending on the amount you request, and using prudential and responsible loan criteria, we may request the involvement of a public notary. Before signing the contract, we will send you the pre-contractual loan information (European Standardized Information Sheet, ESIS). If your loan is approved, after signing it you will have 14 calendar days to cancel the contract at no additional cost. The granting of a BBVA Fast Paperless Loan is subject to approval by BBVA.
