How do I get a flight and what requirements do I need to meet?

To get the flight, you must open your Young Person's Online Account with the code BBVAVUELOS during the promotional period (from July 20 to September 30, 2026) and make at least one purchase of €25 with your Aqua Card within a maximum period of 1 month from registration. Once you have met these requirements, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your flight.

Can I travel alone or does the flight have to be for two people?

The flight includes a total of 4 tickets (round-trip for 2 people) and must be booked as a single reservation. It is not possible to split it for solo travel or on different dates for each passenger.

What destinations are included in the flight and when do I have to use it by?

Flights can be taken to destinations in Spain, Europe and Morocco from Spanish airports, on low-cost and regular airlines subject to availability depending on origin, destination and date. You have until April 10, 2027 to fly, with a minimum validity of 1 year from the time you receive the code.

How do I activate Bizum on a BBVA account?

If you don't have Bizum, it will be activated with BBVA from the outset and you'll be able to receive and send money. If you have it activated with another bank, you will only be able to send money from BBVA. If you'd also like to receive money via Bizum at BBVA, you can transfer it instantly through the app.

This is a service that makes all the arrangements to transfer your income and bills from another bank to your BBVA account on your behalf. Authorized overdraft fees

If you have an overdraft on your account, such as when a bill is due and your balance is insufficient, the following fees will apply:

Annual interest rate for authorized overdraft. 7.25% NIR.
Fee for authorized overdraft in the account: 4.50% (minimum amount €15).

The APR resulting from the application of borrowing interest and the overdraft fee is legally restricted for "consumers" and cannot be more than 2.5 times higher than the legal interest rate. Any change to the legal interest rate will automatically modify the APR applied to overdrafts.
