If you register with BBVA, you can find out about the features we offer and request an appointment with no commitment. How?

  • Download the app and register in just a few steps.
  • Request an appointment from the homepage or Contact section, choose your reason, day and time, and you're done!
  • When the time comes, an adviser will call you or be waiting to receive you in-branch.

If you are an existing customer, we will adapt our solutions to meet your needs

  • Do you want us to help you buy a house, invest or start a business?

    Request an appointment with an adviser on the app or via bbva.es. When you arrive at the branch, you can notify your adviser so that they can come and get you and help you with your plans.

  • Do you want to pay bills, taxes or carry out cash transactions?

    Request a cashier appointment at a branch that has cashiers, either on the app or via bbva.es. When you arrive, you won't have to wait in line.

And if you have subscribed to the 'Equipo Contigo' service, we will deal with you straight away

You don't need to make an appointment talk to a member of your 'Equipo Contigo' office. You can call directly by phone from the Manager section on the app or at bbva.es.

The 'Equipo Contigo' office also has extended opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. In August the opening hours are from 8 am to 3 pm.

The appointment service allows you to choose the best time to talk to an adviser, ask questions and do your banking in a more personal way and without waiting.

You can request an appointment on the bbva.es app or by calling the BBVA line. You just need to choose a day and time from the options available to do your banking.
