Are there fees for using the Ahora Joven debit card at ATMs?

A fee will be charged for cash withdrawals on debit at ATMs in the following cases: ATMs of the BBVA GROUP in Spain : 0%. ATMs of banks other than the BBVA Group in Spain: when withdrawing cash in euros on debit by card at an ATM belonging to a bank other than the BBVA Group in Spain, BBVA will charge the same amount as the fee that the bank which owns the ATM charges BBVA. This amount will be provided by the bank that owns the ATM before the cash withdrawal. ATMs located outside Spain : 4.5% (minimum €3). In any case, you can save this fee depending on the type of account associated with the card and the number of products you have with BBVA: Select the BBVA account you want to link to your credit or debit card. Can I use the card outside the eurozone?

A fee of 3% will be charged on the amount resulting from the equivalent value in euros of all transactions made outside the eurozone based on the exchange rate obtained by the Payment Systems on the date on which they carry out the corresponding settlement.

Do I have to meet any conditions?

Just be between 14 and 29 years old and have a BBVA account.

Is the card contactless?

Yes, this technology lets you pay by holding the card close to a POS terminal.
