If you have repairs carried out at BBVA Allianz repair shops, the price of your deductible will be reduced by 20%.

And what if your car is damaged?

  • Natural phenomena

    Non-catastrophic events: lightning, wind, hail, snow, rain or subsidence.

  • Breakage of windows

    Repair or replacement if the vehicle's windows are broken.

  • Fire

    Repair or compensation for total or partial damage to your vehicle due to fire.

  • Collision with animals

    Repair of vehicle damage caused by a collision with animals.

And if they are personal damages?

We will repair or compensate damages to your vehicle, regardless of who is responsible.

And if you have an accident?

  • Public Liability

    Both compulsory and complementary, damages caused to third parties are covered: this might be another vehicle, a person, a road barrier, collision with a house, etc. 

  • Claims for damages

    On your behalf, we claim any compensation to which you are entitled in the event of an accident with third parties, vehicle damage, compensation and legal expenses.

  • Driver accidents

    We cover medical expenses after an accident and we offer compensation of €100,000 in the event of permanent disability or death. 

And what if you need us at any time?

  • Theft

    We cover damage due to theft and, in the event of total disappearance, we provide you with a rental car at no cost up to 31 days from the theft.

  • Vehicle inspection service

    We collect your vehicle at home, complete the prior technical check, take it to the vehicle inspection station and return it to you.

  • 24 hour assistance

    Roadside and travel assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, nationally and internationally.

  • Always on the move

    If you get repairs at BBVA Allianz Excelentes repair shops, you will have: Collection and delivery at home, replacement vehicle according to availability and cleaning.

And what if you're fined?

  • Advice for fines

    We advise you and help you deal with administrative complaints and appeals for traffic offenses that involve financial penalties. 

  • Costs for suspension of driver's license

    We will compensate you with €30/day for a maximum of 6 months. We will also pay the costs for driver's license suspension courses, partial (€300) and total (€600).
