Save with your card when you travel

The Aqua Maxima Debit Card includes the Premium Travel Pack, to save on fees when using your card outside Spain, also on weekends.

  • With the Premium Travel Pack of your card you will be able to:

    • Pay in currencies other than the euro with no fees, no limit on payments and no limit on the amount. When you use your card in shops or restaurants, choose the country's currency on the POS terminal. When the payment is made, we will refund the currency exchange fee (this may not happen immediately).
    • Withdraw cash at ATMs without fees, with unlimited withdrawals and amounts, both in euros and in other currencies. If the ATM asks you to apply the exchange rate, choose “no” so BBVA can do it. Once the transaction is complete, we will refund the currency exchange and withdrawal fees. The ATM may charge you other fees that do not depend on BBVA, meaning we cannot refund them.
