Naked ownership

Bare ownership is the right of ownership possessed by the owner of an asset whose use and enjoyment have been granted to another person or entity under a usufruct agreement.

Usufruct is the right to use and enjoy an asset owned by another person or entity, with the obligation to preserve its form and substance, unless the law or the document constituting the usufruct right authorizes otherwise.
