Travel and accident insurance

  • Coverage for the policyholder and relatives (spouse, children and parents).
  • For trips paid for with Visa Infinite.
  • While you are at your destination and during travel between your home and the means of transport with which you will start your journey.
  • If the accident occurs in a rental car paid for with the card, you, your spouse, your children and your parents will be insured, up to a maximum of 5 people.

Travel insurance

  • Coverage for the policyholder, spouse, ascendants and descendants of the 1st degree who live at the address.
  • On trips more than 35km from home.
  • The maximum duration of the trip must be 90 days.

Cancellation insurance for trips not initiated

  • Coverage for the insured for the cancellation of transport and accommodation.
  • Refund of up to €600.
  • Taxes, fuel, emission charges, insurance and other extra charges are excluded.
  • The trip must have been cancelled before it started, and the cancellation must have been communicated to the provider.

ATM robbery insurance

  • Coverage for any cash robbery, whether you are forced to withdraw cash or the robbery occurs within 15 minutes.
  • Up to €600 per claim and a maximum of €1,200 per year for each card.
  • Excess of €30 per claim.

Visa Infinite Global Assistance Service

  • 24-hour medical information, legal information and assistance for cardholders.
  • Emergency cash delivery.
  • New card in case of emergency, loss or theft.

Visa processing

  • BBVA Seguros, at the request of the insured party and provided that the destination country so requires, will be responsible for processing the visa with the consular authorities in Spain of the destination country.
  • If consular fees, intermediaries or courier services are required, they will be the responsibility of the insured.
