BBVA provides various channels for contacting your Adviser.

How can I talk with my Adviser?

By telephone

The easiest and most usual way to contact your Contigo Adviser is over the phone by dialling a number beginning with 900. Go to your Global Position at bbva.es or the BBVA app (using your login information) and click on "My adviser" in the upper menu to see your adviser's contact details. 

In addition, you can call your adviser at any time of the day or week. If your adviser is not available, you will speak to the support team. The support team is available 24 hours a day and if it is not possible to resolve your inquiry, the team will notify your adviser who will contact you as soon as possible.

Via the Website or App

You can contact your adviser via bbva.es and the BBVA App. Access your Private Area with your username and password. Then, select "My adviser" in the upper menu and click on your adviser's name. Here, you can start a private conversation with your adviser in a completely safe environment. Also, you can save a log of your conversations and attached information in the “My Conversations” section.
