How does it work?
One of the features offered by the BBVA Moving Service is the ability to bring your recurring income such as a pension or unemployment benefit to BBVA. To do this, access the Moving Service and select the option “Bring your income”.
You will need to choose the account where you want to receive the income each month. Next, you will receive information on the steps to take with the Social Security Institute or the Public Employment Service to make sure the direct deposit is set up correctly.
How long will it take to receive my pension/unemployment benefits in the new account?
To receive your income in your account, you must set up the direct billing order before the payments of the following month are closed and issued. Usually, once the change has been made, you will receive the income in the new account within one to two months.
