The Bank will make the relevant payment into the account and deposit it with the Treasury on behalf of the account holder, and make the relevant tax information available to said holder for tax filing purposes. Both the gain and the deposit in the account are made in said holder's name, regardless of any other account holders. The above terms are notwithstanding any changes that may be applied to the tax regulations during this promotion's validity period.
