• Flexibility: you can adapt the contract to your needs, with adjustable payments based on the type of rental, the contract duration (usually between 1 and 5 years) and the services included.

• Be self-employed or own a company.
• Have an account with BBVA, to which the payments will be charged. If you don't have one yet, you can open an account now.
• The rental contract is subject to approval by BBVA. Your adviser will ask you for documentation depending on your personal situation.

Once the rental contract is over, you can return the rented item or renew the contract. In the case of a lease, you will have the option of buying the item at the end of the rental contract. 

In a rental contract, the leasing company pays for the maintenance on the item. In a lease contract, it is the lessor and future owner who pays for these expenses.
