    Do you need to finance the installation of your windows?

    At BBVA, we offer you financing with special conditions for your energy savings project . 
    • No commitment fee.
    • From 4.80% NIR / 5.09% APR with paycheck or pension direct deposited at BBVA.
    • To 5.80% NIR / 6.14% APR without a paycheck or pension direct deposited at BBVA.
    • Up to €75,000 and from 2 to 8 years to repay it.

    For example, if it helps you to see it more clearly:

    With your salary deposited directly at BBVA:
     
    • Loan amount: €10,000
    • Term: 8 years (96 months).
    • Interest rate: 4.80% NIR / 5.09% APR
    • Constant monthly payment: €125.65
    • Total amount to be repaid: €12,141.04

    Without a paycheck deposited directly at BBVA:

    • Loan amount: €10,000
    • Term: 8 years (96 months).
    • Interest rate: 5.80% NIR / 6.14% APR
    • Constant monthly payment: €130.44
    • Total amount to be returned: €12,601.24

    Postal costs have been included in the calculation of APR: €0.82 monthly.

    The loan has no commitment fee. However, if you decide to pay back all or part of your loan early, you will have to pay a 0.50% fee if there are less than 12 months left to repay it, and 1% if there are more than 12 months left.
