When you want to collect from a customer, just send them a Request to Pay with the payment amount and details.
Your customer receives it and can see all the details. What's more, the payment process is carried out directly from Request to Pay and you will receive it through a transfer.
When generating a Request to Pay, you set the deadlines for your customers to accept and pay, which can be immediate or by setting a specific date.
If your customer rejects the request, you will receive the reason for the rejection, enabling you to anticipate possible non-payments.
When a customer doesn't pay a direct debited bill, things get complicated: you don't know exactly when you'll get paid, how, or what the payment will be for.
Request to Pay lets you send a payment request or reuse an existing one. Your customer will be able to review all the details of the request before accepting and confirming payment.
In addition, this payment is made by transfer, is irrevocable, and does not permit returned payments, unlike direct debits.
