Digital assistant for creating single-member companies

The tool is designed for forming Limited Liability Companies (S.L.), Single-Member Limited Liability Companies (S.L.U.), and Public Limited Companies (S.A.) whose registered and tax addresses are located in Spain and that are being formed by a single shareholder.

The entire process with BBVA, including opening the account and submitting documents, can be completed digitally through our assistant. You can select your company name, upload your incorporation documents as a PDF, and complete the application by signing digitally via SMS, without having to visit a branch.

Yes. If you are forming an S.L. or S.L.U., you can consolidate your paperwork using the Electronic Single Document (DUE), either by completing the process online through the PAE (Entrepreneur Service Point) network or in person.

You must deposit the share capital within 7 days of opening the Empresas Bienvenida Account. You can do this via a one-time transfer or at a branch. 

Once the deposit is made, you can request the capital contribution certificate for the notary.

For regulatory security reasons, if the account does not receive the share capital within the specified period, its functionality will be temporarily restricted as a precautionary measure until the company's incorporation is properly completed by submitting the incorporation documents.

The account is permanently activated once the notarized incorporation documents are validated and you complete the digital signing of the contract using the security code sent to your mobile phone.

To make the process as quick and easy as possible, we recommend having the ID of the shareholder forming the company and a mobile phone on hand so you can take photos and open the account via SMS.
