A credit line designed for self-employed workers or SMEs like yours.

 

  • From €5,000 to a maximum of €50,000*.
  • Term from 1 to 3 years, annually renewable.
  • You can use it as your regular checking account to make and receive transfers, make card payments or charge payments using a POS terminal.

Features

  • This credit line is mainly aimed at the following: financing working capital, inventory and other movements related to your activity.

    • The term for settling your credit line is one year, annually renewable up to a maximum of three years.
    • You do not need to justify the use with invoices or similar in order to obtain the credit.
    • Credit limit: From €5,000 to a maximum of €50,000.
    • Settlements are made quarterly.

  • Example of a credit line in a checking account up to a maximum limit of €40,000 with no start-up, study or drawdown fees.

    • Interest rate: 5.462%
    • APR: 5.588%
    • Term: 1 year with tacit renewal for 2 more years.
    • Interest payable: 3-month Euribor + 1.5%.
    • Average balance drawn: 50%.

Main costs

    • Variable rate interest: we will charge it over the amount you have drawn, and we will review it every quarter.
    • Administration fee: a percentage is applied to every transaction in your account.

What requirements do you have to meet?

  • To obtain Credit Agrocuenta, you have to meet the following conditions:

    • Engage in agricultural, livestock or forestry activity.
    • The farm must be managed by the customer and their family, with the possibility of hiring permanent employees.
    • The granting of a credit account is subject to BBVA's prior authorization.

    Your adviser will tell you what documents you need to submit in order for the loan to be considered.

Would you like more information?

You sign up for the credit account at BBVA, and you sign the contract at the notary's office. You are granted the credit limit you need.

After 10 months of signing up, we will study your renewal. After 12 months, you must not have debt outstanding in the credit account. If so, we will renew your credit account.

In the event of tacit renewal, this may be carried out automatically up to a maximum of three years from the initial date of signature.
