Every month, we will check if you have made the corresponding payments in the three months prior to the settlement:

1. Social Security: at least 3 payments. They may be social insurance, Social Security or professional association fees.
2. Taxes: the payment of VAT, IRPF (Personal Income Tax), business taxes or corporate taxes. No minimum amount.
3. Employee payroll: the payment of at least 2 paychecks, for more than €600 each.

If you do not meet these conditions, you will be charged a €12 maintenance fee on the 15th of the month.
