A suitability assessment is required before applying: this questionnaire will help us understand your financial situation, investment goals, previous knowledge, experience, and risk tolerance. You can also include your sustainability preferences.
Your risk profile will be determined based on the assessment results, and you will be assigned a portfolio that aligns with one of our investment profiles, which are designed to pursue a balance between return and risk.
You will always have a dedicated private banker to assist you with any questions and to monitor your portfolio in a clear and transparent way.
You can make contributions and request refunds of the portfolio, through your banker, without having to go to a branch thanks to the remote signature.

Please note that the funds the portfolio invests in are products with a certain level of risk. If the markets in which they invest do not perform as expected, they could have losses, meaning you have to be able to tolerate the economic risk that results from the performance of your portfolio.
Expenses and fees

This service is paid for through an agreed fee paid to BBVA, an explicit charge that allows you to always know the management costs associated with the service.
As specified by the regulations, the bank cannot accept any incentive from third parties as the result of the investment it makes through this service, with the exception of the minor non-monetary benefits that may be received, and if it were to receive them, it would have to disclose and pay them to you.
