- Legal and tax advice by phone:
- From 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Reply within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends).
- Administrative advice by phone from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Access to our network of lawyers: preparation and review of various contract types involving the policyholder (deposits, down payment for property, lease, etc.).
- Consumer protection up to €200 per claim in each annual period.
- Defense of the policyholder as an employee in case of dismissal.
- Criminal representation as the plaintiff and defendant.
- Defense in the event of divorce or separation:
- Valid for contested and mutually agreeable divorces.
- This coverage will be available to you 6 months after the policy is taken out.
- A 40% deductible will be applied for lawyer's fees.
- Processing of traffic fines up to €300 per claim in each annual period.
- Claims for vehicle repairs when the repair cost is at least €200.
- Claim damages arising from a motor vehicle traffic accident as pedestrian, driver or occupant.
