What vehicles can I insure?

BBVA Allianz Auto Profesional insurance supports the following types of vehicles: Cars (including electric and hybrid vehicles), SUVs, minivans, pick-ups. Vans, campers and motorhomes with a Maximum Allowable Weight (MAW) of 3,500 kg. Vehicles with dumper/crane (only for transporting own or third-party goods ). Trailers up to 750 kg are included by default, provided they have the same registration as the insured vehicle and they are towed by it . The uses that can be insured are: Commercial/professional use without delivery of goods . Intended for business activities of commercial or professional use except for the transport of people or the delivery of goods. Commercial/professional use with distribution of own goods. Intended for business activities for commercial or professional use with the transport and distribution of goods owned by the insured party. Commercial/professional use with distribution of third-party goods. Intended for business activities for commercial or professional use with the transport and distribution of third-party gods. Excluding taxis and vehicles for hire , with or without a meter or similar and dangerous and/or flammable goods and vehicles intended for their transport/distribution.

What information should I have to hand to take out the insurance?

You will only need your driver's license or that of drivers who can drive your vehicle, the details of your current insurance policy and some details about the vehicle, which you will find in the vehicle's registration or data sheet, such as the registration number, the registration date, its power, its intended use and if the vehicle has been modified in any way.

Can I take out a BBVA Allianz Auto Profesional insurance policy before cancelling my existing policy?

Yes, you can take out your BBVA Allianz Auto Profesional Insurance up to 270 days* before your current insurance policy expires, with the advantage of maintaining the price agreed with BBVA Allianz Insurance. Remember to notify your company of the cancellation using a documented means at least one month before the expiration date. *90 days if the existing insurer is Allianz.

How long does the policy last?

BBVA Allianz Auto Profesional insurance is renewable annually, and will be tacitly renewed each year on the same date. The insured party may cancel it with one month's notice.

How can you pay for the insurance?

The insurance payment is taken when the contract is signed directly from one of your BBVA accounts. The payment method is annual. If you decide to pay your insurance wit the BBVA Plan EstarSeguro Card, the payment will be split into 12 months without any costs or interest.

What is the difference between Third-party Insurance and Comprehensive Insurance with Deductible?

The main difference is in coverage for damage to your vehicle in the event of an accident. With Third-party Insurance, if you caused the accident, the damage to your vehicle will not be covered. What deductibles apply in the two Comprehensive with Deductible policies?

The deductible will be determined by the value of the vehicle, the option you select and if you decide to repair it out of network or in a BBVA Allianz repair shop. What do I need to enroll in the BBVA Plan EstarSeguro?

To enjoy the BBVA Plan EstarSeguro, you need to sign up for the BBVA Plan EstarSeguro card, free of interest charges, fees or extra costs. Credit card subject to approval by BBVA. The BBVA Plan EstarSeguro card can only be used to pay the premiums of certain insurance policies. Offer valid until 01/31/2027, after which date it will be renewed annually, provided there are no changes in the conditions. For a transaction of €600 payable in 12 months at a nominal annual interest rate of 0%, the total amount payable would be €600 in monthly payments of €50 each; the resulting APR, annual percentage rate, will be 0%.
