Extra-contractual Civil Liability

• Accidental damage for which you may be legally liable, originating at the insured project and directly related to its execution.

Post-construction maintenance

• Damage or losses resulting from a cause that originated during the construction period, provided they are not excluded under the policy.

• Damage or losses caused by the contractor during the execution of the work arising from the maintenance or upkeep of the project, provided they are not excluded under the policy.

• Civil liability solely as derived from maintenance or conservation work.

• Damages to pre-existing property: Covers property existing before construction began that may be affected by the work, provided it has been declared in the policy.

• Costs for overtime, nighttime work, or work performed on holidays, as well as urgent transportation costs.

• Costs or damage resulting from the removal of debris or demolition of the insured project following material damage.

• Expenses incurred as a result of necessary measures taken to contain or extinguish a fire or keep it from spreading.

• Expenses or damage resulting from political or social unrest, strikes, riots, or civil disturbances.

• Expenses resulting from the project taking longer than budgeted due to damage covered under the policy.

• Employer's liability: covers civil liability arising from workplace accidents that cause bodily injury to employees working for you. Coverage includes expenses incurred in connection with your defense and any subsequent appeals, even when they arise from unfounded claims.

• Cross-liability: covers bodily injury and financial losses resulting from such injury that may be caused to one another or to other companies or individuals not insured under the policy who perform work on the project site
