- Telephone helpline available 365 days a year to stop the attack and identify the causes.
- Legal advice and external communication.
- Expenses for reporting and external telephone service to answer queries from affected persons.
- Monitoring of compromised information.
- Forensic report on measures to be taken in systems to restore them.
Losses for the policyholder- Expenses to recover data in computer systems.
- Expenses arising from cyber extortion and data seizure.
- 50% of loss of profits due to the partial or total interruption of the computer systems due to the incident, up to a maximum of €250,000.
- Loss of profits in the event of business suspension as a result of an attack on a supplier of the insured person. Up to €50,000, for a maximum of 60 days.
