Administrator's certificate (model document provided by BBVA) The HOA's annual accounts for the last 2 years 24-month bank statement (not necessary for BBVA customers) Documentation proving the grants received or requested. Supporting documents providing proof of the ownership of the checking account of the Homeowners' Association (not necessary for BBVA customers) Supporting documents providing proof of the investment to be made.
