We explain the steps that you should take to find out if your branch is set up to enable you to request a turn with the teller at BBVA.es or through the BBVA app.

1. Log in to your Private Area at bbva.es

2. Introduce your access passwords

3. Go to the “My Adviser” section (in the top blue menu of the header)

4. Select “Request a cashier appointment”

5. In the search box, enter positions 9-12 of your account number.

        - Example: ES600182 9465 69 0206224622 → positions 9-12 would be: 9465

6. In the branch that appears in the search engine, click “Accept”

        a. If your branch is set up to enable you to request a turn with the teller, request it there

        b. If your branch is not set up to enable you to request a turn with the teller, a message will notify you of such and you should search for another branch

4. In the search box, enter positions 9-12 of your account number

5. In the branch that appears in the search engine, click “Accept”

        a. If your branch is set up to enable you to request a turn with the teller, request it there

        b. If your branch is not set up to enable you to request a turn with the teller, a message will notify you of such and you should search for another branch
