The Click&Pay Credit Limit is opened through BBVA. Your invoice management platform contains a link to the public website with all the information. Once you have a Click&Pay Credit Limit, you will be able to manage the financing of payments, such as payroll, from your ERP.

What requirements must I meet in order to be able to finance the payment of my invoices?

To apply for financing for the payment of one or more of your regular business expenses, you must meet certain prerequisites: Have an open, current, and active Click&Pay Credit Limit with BBVA. Sign the access consents in your invoice management platform to allow the connection with BBVA from this platform. This acceptance will be requested in the same financing application process from your invoice management platform. The invoice must be accepted by the payer in your invoice management platform. The invoice must be collected from the same account as the limit drawdown. You must be a joint signatory in BBVA Empresas online banking (user settings).

How long does it take to activate the service after opening it?

You will be able to operate with the Click&Pay Credit Limit the day after opening it and after signing the consents for the connection of both platforms.

What are the main costs of the Click&Pay Credit Limit?

It is exempt from the limit analysis fee, maintenance fee, and novation fee when you open it via the app. These fees are negotiable for credit limits opened at a branch. The Click&Pay Credit Limit is not renewable, unless you have taken it out at a branch with a negotiable renewal fee. When you make a drawdown, we will not charge you interest, only a drawdown arrangement fee: This fee is a fixed percentage of the amount of each approved drawdown request, with a minimum of €30. This fee will be charged when you receive the amount of the drawdown.

What are the terms and conditions of the drawdown?

You can finance 5 types of business payments. When you make each withdrawal, you will have a maximum term of one to six months to repay the amount, depending on the payment type.

Where can I view the terms and conditions of the Click&Pay Credit Limit?

Which invoices can I finance on Adquira?

You can finance all invoices that have already been accepted by your paying customer up to the available amount you have in your Click&Pay Credit Limit.

When are the monthly payments for the drawdown charged?

The monthly payments start to be charged to the account on the same day of the month following the drawdown. For example, imagine you draw down €2,400 on June 15 to pay a national supplier and choose to repay it over 3 months. A payment of €800 would be charged to your account on July 15, August 15 and September 15.

What are the advantages of financing with the Click&Pay Credit Limit via Adquira?

You simply log on to the platform where you manage your invoices, and, from there, you can finance the invoice without having to log on to the BBVA online banking platform.

How do I operate using my BBVA Click&Pay Credit Limit via Adquira?

Whenever you have an active Click&Pay Credit Limit, you can request financing for any accepted invoices via Adquira. Once the invoice in question has been financed, you will not be able to request additional financing for the same one.

What happens if my credit limit is not large enough to finance the collection of an invoice?

If you do not have a large enough Click&Pay Credit Limit, Adquira will display a screen to offer partial financing for the invoice, up to your maximum available limit.

Can I view drawdowns in my BBVA online banking or the BBVA app?

Yes, you can view any drawdowns you make via Adquira also in your BBVA online banking or the BBVA app.

Is the fee subtracted from the total amount you have available?

The fee is charged to the linked account on the day of the drawdown, but is not deducted from the total amount of the drawdown. If you request a drawdown of €800, and BBVA approves it, you receive €800.

When do I receive the money in my account after making a drawdown?

Once the drawdown has been made and authorized by BBVA, you will receive the money in your account immediately.

Can I request partial financing of an invoice?

Financing via Adquira will always be for the total amount of the invoice. However, if you do not have a large enough Click&Pay Credit Limit, Adquira will display a screen to offer partial financing, up to your maximum available limit.

When I go to operate via Adquira to finance the collection of an invoice, I am asked for a reference/user and password. What are these keys?

These are the same keys you use for your online banking. On the Adquira platform, once you are logged in with your username, you can give your consent to allow connection to BBVA via Adquira, at which point you will be directed to the BBVA environment where you will be asked for your BBVA online banking keys. These are the same ones you use at bbva.es Consents allowing connection to BBVA via the Adquira platform will only be requested once, but they must be renewed after 180 days.

What do the consents or access keys I am giving to Adquira mean?

These consents allow you to make calculations and make drawdowns from your Click&Pay Credit Limit via Adquira. To make the drawdown, you must go through two-factor authentication, which will be requested during the process in the BBVA environment.

How can I revoke these consents if I no longer want to operate via Adquira?

The consent you have given to Adquira to operate with your Click&Pay Credit Limit will last 180 days. If you want to withdraw before this time, you can contact BBVA by calling 915667492.

Is this service 24x7 or does it have any limitations?

Yes, you can request the drawdown at any time, and you will receive the payment instantly in the account associated with your Click&Pay Credit Limit.

Is it safe to enter my BBVA keys during the consent process? Is it a BBVA or Adquira environment?

Yes, as it is a BBVA environment, it employs the same security measures as online banking: it will ask you for your access keys and, if you make a drawdown, two-factor authentication via SMS to your cell phone.

This number indicates the product risk, with 1 / 6 representing the lowest risk and 6 / 6 representing the highest risk.

BBVA is affiliated with Spain's Deposit Guarantee Fund for Credit Institutions. The maximum amount guaranteed is €100,000 per person for the total of all deposits established at BBVA.
