STEP 1
To complete your online purchase, go to the app or BBVA.es and log in using your password, fingerprint or face ID. If you have notifications enabled, you will receive a message on your mobile to authorize the purchase directly, and the process will be much more streamlined. Do not close the store's website at any point until the process is complete.
STEP 2
When you enter our app or BBVA.es, you will see a screen with the details of the online purchase you want to make. Check it and click the "confirm" button if correct. If you have several purchases from different stores, we will ask you to confirm them one by one.
STEP 3
Once confirmed, you will receive an SMS with a one-time code that you will need to enter on the screen. To make the process even faster, enable the Biometric signature so you can authorize purchases with your fingerprint or face ID without having to wait for the SMS.
STEP 4
And that's it! Your purchase is complete. We recommend you go back to the store to confirm that the purchase was properly authorized.
