Travel with no fees

Just for being young, you can enjoy the free Standard Travel Pack on your card until you turn 30. We will refund the fees for:

• Purchases or payments made in a currency other than the euro (pound sterling, dollar, etc.) with the card on which the Travel Pack is active. No account limit
  
• 3 cash withdrawals from ATMs each month, also in currencies other than the euro.
  

We will also refund your fees if you do it at the weekend.

How are fees refunded?

We will refund you on the same day that the fees are charged. In other words, the payment will appear among the transactions and the refund will arrive before the end of the day. If you have a credit card, they will be credited in the statement, and if it is a debit card, to the account. You can see the transactions and what you have saved on the app whenever you want.

How can I find out which card is associated with the Standard Travel Pack?

The Standard Travel Pack is included for free on at least one of your cards. To find out which one, access the information for each card in your app and look for the Travel Pack information. If it appears as Contracted, this is the card with which you can save fees when traveling around the world.

What fees apply if I exceed the limits of the plan?

If you make any withdrawal outside the limits of your plan, the usual fees will apply. You can read about them in your card contract.

What if I need to make unlimited cash withdrawals?

If you need to, you can apply for the Premium Plan so we can reimburse you for all your monthly cash withdrawal fees. You can cancel it whenever you like and continue enjoying your Standard Plan for free. 

Please note that ATMs in other countries may charge additional fees that we cannot refund.
