We would like to remind you that BBVA NEVER includes links in SMS messages. We have completed this exercise exceptionally to raise awareness of the risks of fraudulent SMS, since you could have been taken to a fake website to steal your data. BBVA will also never send you an SMS asking you to call a phone number to cancel or complete a transaction.

Follow these tips if you receive a suspicious message

1. If it has a link or number, it's not from BBVA
We never include links or telephone numbers in our SMS messages. If you get one, it's fake. -
2. Do not share your details
Do not share PINs, passwords, or download apps from SMS links.

View your account information in the BBVA secure environment. Don't be fooled by alarming SMS messages.
