The monthly Travel Pack fee replaces 2 card fees when used outside Spain: The cash withdrawal fee at ATMs outside Spain. The 3.00% fee on the equivalent in euros for card payments in non-euro currencies.

How are fees refunded?

We will refund you on the same day that the fees are charged. In other words, the payment will appear among the transactions and the refund will arrive before the end of the day. If you have a credit card, they will be credited in the statement, and if it is a debit card, to the account.

What fees apply if I exceed the limits of the plan?

If you make any payment or withdrawal outside the limits of your plan, the usual fees will apply. You can read about them in your card contract.

Example: how Laura saved
