Now you can switch to the Contigo Team and receive help by phone from BBVA advisers
- Get all your questions answered, wherever you are.
- With longer hours and no need for an appointment.
- And a team of specialist advisers at your disposal to help you and inform you about specific products (investments, insurance or mortgages).
Log in and request this new service and contact your BBVA Contigo Team in the My Adviser area of the app when you need it.
Longer opening hours so you can count on us:
- From 9 am to 6 pm (M-Th)* and from 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays.
*from 8 am to 3 pm in August - Outside these hours, we can also help you in the event of an emergency.
How do I switch to the Contigo Team from the BBVA App?

Go to the "Adviser" area from the icon you will find in the bottom right corner of the App. -

Go to the "Request Contigo Team" section. -

Click the button... And you're done! You'll start to receive help from a team of BBVA advisers, with no waiting or travel needed.
