How do I open my child's account online?

If you are not a BBVA customer , you must open both your account and theirs at the same time. Here is how to do it: Click on "Become BBVA customers". Then you will complete the steps to open their Online Account for Minors. To confirm you are family, we will ask for photos of the child’s DNI or TIE and the family record book or birth certificate. Finally, you will have a video call with a BBVA representative to verify everything is correct. You can also download the BBVA app and complete the process without a video call. And that is it. How does the Aqua Debit Card work in other countries?

At that time your account will be debited with the exchange rate fee charged by the card brand (such as VISA or Mastercard) for the currency exchange.
