What do you need to open your account?

Your DNI / NIE
We will ask you for photos to confirm your identity and to open your account(s). -
Your child's documents
We will ask you for photos of their DNI/NIE and birth certificate or family book.
Before opening it, please tell us if you are a BBVA customer or not.
If the child is between 12 and 17 years old, we will also ask you for his/her phone number
You will then be able to use the adapted app. If he or she is 12 or 13 years old and does not yet have a cell phone, you will open only his/her account.
