What do you need to open your accounts?

Your DNI or TIE
We will ask you for photos of the original document to confirm your identity and open your account. -
The minor's DNI or TIE
We will ask you for photos of the original document to confirm your son or daughter's identity and open his or her account.

The family book or birth certificate
We will ask you for photos of the original document to confirm that you are their legal representative.
Before continuing, check if everything is ready
If the child is between 12 and 17 years old, we will also ask you for his/her phone number
You will then be able to use the adapted app. If he or she is 12 or 13 years old and does not yet have a cell phone, you will open only his/her account.
