Can I get an air source heat pump installed without financing?

The installation offer is unrelated to the financing. There is no obligation to purchase the IBERDROLA air source heat pump installation and the financing that BBVA may offer together.

If you decide to finance the installation, keep in mind that the application, approval and maximum amount are subject to BBVA's acceptance of the risks. Financing offer valid until: 03/31/2026. The price will be 4.80% fixed NIR (4.91% APR). Amount: from €3,000 to €75,000. Term: from 12 months to 15 years. No commitment fee or cancellation fee. Payment of the monthly installment: the last day of each month. Direct debited from a BBVA account. Representative example for an amount of €13,058.13 for 180 months. Constant monthly fee €101.91. Total amount owed €18,343.11.

What does the installation include?

An external unit that is similar to an air conditioning unit, but larger.
An internal unit with a hot water tank.
A Wi-Fi module so you can control the temperature from your cell phone, a remote energy meter and a thermostat.
A buffer tank and secondary pump to make sure the machine is protected and able to work even if you close the heating circuits.
Heating and cooling emitters: radiators, fancoils and underfloor heating.
Dirt separator filter (magnetic sludge filter) that eliminates particles and sludge to extend the equipment's useful life and condensate drainage.
Labor.
3-year warranty.

What is the discount, and how long does the offer last?

Offer valid until August 31, 2025. Price linked to this specific offer, if additional work is required after the technical visit, it will be reviewed and this offer will not be valid. Taxes included.

Question 4

How can I get the income tax deduction?

Accepted Answer

Grants and deductions are subject to the availability and legislation in force at any given time.

In this regard, the only available deduction is as follows:

Deduction of 60% on amounts paid for energy refurbishment work carried out in buildings of predominantly residential use where the property is located, up to a maximum of Euros 5,000 per year, and with a maximum accumulated deduction of Euros 15,000 over four years.

BBVA is not responsible for managing this arrangement, so you are advised to check all the details with the tax office. You will have to get an energy certificate before and after the installation. Find out if you meet the Tax Agency's conditions.

The following deductions may also apply insofar as they come into force with retroactive effects before December 31:

Work to reduce heating and cooling demand. Deductible percentage: 20%. Limit of Euros 5,000 per house. Conditions: You must demonstrate that the demand for heating or cooling has decreased by at least 7%.
Improvement work to reduce the consumption of non-renewable primary energy. Deductible percentage: 40%. Maximum limit: Euros 7,500. Conditions: Improvement work must reduce non-renewable energy consumption by at least 30%, or give the property an improved A or B energy rating.
