For subsequent provisions, if at least 12 months have not passed since the last provision, this promotion will not apply. The payment will be made within 24 hours of the disbursement.
EXAMPLE: Assuming a €20,000 draw with a customized initial commitment fee of 1.60% (€320), and assuming that the merchant has not processed any daily sales with their POS terminal for 150 days (the maximum term), the loan will be repaid in full at maturity for the total amount of €20,000. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of the transaction will be (3.87% APR); (NIR 0%). Calculated based on the actual amount and the terms agreed in the contract, in accordance with Circular 5/2012, of 27 June, of the Bank of Spain.
