You just need to follow these steps

We need to know some information about you and your project. Fill out a simple form and an Ayuda T Pymes adviser will get in touch to answer any questions and help you with the process.
We will send your request to the Commercial Registry to obtain a favorable certification of your new company's name.
A BBVA adviser at the branch you prefer will contact you to open your account and deposit the necessary capital.
We will begin the process of formally establishing your company with the relevant government authorities. Ayuda T Pymes will help with the process and arrange your appointment with the notary to formalize the incorporation of the company. After the visit to the notary, the company will be formally constituted and you will have the definitive CIF and the public deed in the Commercial Registry.
Once you have the deed, you will sign the final documents and your fee-free Bienvenida Empresas Account will be ready to go. Direct debit your taxes and/or social security from your account and we will refund the amount you pay, up to €60 gross per month.

To get started without fees or conditions

Online or ATM transfers in euros, Swedish kronor or Romanian LEU (ron) in the European Economic Area, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. And for the issuance of paychecks. Transfers made on magnetic media, FMOs (Fund Movement Orders), and same-day-value transfers not included.

No administration or maintenance fees. 0% NIR 0% APR, calculated assuming a positive daily balance for one year.

Cards
