We want to remind you that BBVA NEVER includes links in SMS messages, and we have done so exceptionally to draw your attention and raise awareness of the risk they may pose because they could have taken you to a fraudulent website to steal your data. Always stay alert and, if you receive an SMS with a link, don't click on it.

Follow these tips if you receive a suspicious message

1. If it has a link, it's not from BBVA
We never include links in our SMS messages. If you get one, it's fake.

2. Do not share your details
Do not share PINs, passwords, or download apps from SMS links.

View your account information in the BBVA secure environment. Don't be fooled by alarming SMS messages.
