Protecting yourself against fraud can be CyberSimple: that is why we want to remind you that we do not include links in our SMS and, therefore, we wanted to show you how easy it can be to fall for a scam.

Follow these tips if you receive a suspicious SMS

  • 1. Take a moment and analyze the text.

    Misspellings or unusual symbols can be a good warning.

  • 2. Look at the links

    We never include links in our SMS messages. If you get one, it's fake.

  • 3. Do not share your details

    Do not share PINs, passwords, or download apps from SMS links.

  • 4. Count on us

    If you have any questions, don't hand over the information and get in touch at Contact BBVA (900 102 801).
