What do you need to open your accounts?

Your DNI or TIE
We will ask you for photos to confirm your identity, whether you are only opening their account or you also want to open your own.

The minor's DNI or TIE
We will ask you for photos to confirm your identity and to be able to open the account in your name.

The family book or birth certificate
We will ask you for photos to confirm that you are their legal representative.
Open your Online Account and Online Account for Children
If the child is between 12 and 17 years old, we will also ask you for his/her phone number
You will then be able to use the adapted app. If he or she is 12 or 13 years old and does not yet have a cell phone, you will open only his/her account.
