BBVA Autorenting cuts the payment in half for three months for those customers in Spain most affected by COVID-19
BBVA Autorenting is doing its part to help all the customers who are affected by the coronavirus crisis. This measure will be implemented through three solutions that are related to one another but spread out over time. Specifically, it will apply a 50% reduction to its customers' monthly payments for three months (April to June); a 10% discount once this first measure concludes and until the contract expires; and, finally, a 12-month contract extension, which will see the payments go back to their normal amounts.
In this way, BBVA Autorenting wants to help all its customers to better cope with their financial situation, especially those who are being affected by the expanded measures against COVID-19. It also contacted them by e-mail and telephone to find out what their situation is, inform them of these measures and offer its support at this time.
The way to take advantage of these new solutions is also simple. Interested parties can do so by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), which will start the process necessary for changing the conditions of the rental contract.
Customers will not have to pay back the 50% that they will stop paying between April and June. BBVA Autorenting will cover this cost so that customers can have more liquidity to deal with the crisis. These new conditions will be implemented through a contract amendment.
